Returns Policy

We stand solidly behind every piece of equipment we sell. We also take great pride in offering tools and equipment that consistenly exceed our customers expectations. At times however, we understand it may be neccessary to return an item. Our return policy follows:

1) All returns require an RMA number. An RMA number may be obtainined by calling us.

2) RMA numbers can only be given within 30 days of the product purchase date.

3) Opened products carry a 15% restocking fee, as they can no longer be sold as new.

4) Consumables that show any use cannot be returned, at the sole discretion of Specialty Equipment.

5) Product damaged while with the customer may not be returned.

6) Specialty Equipment reserves the right and sole discretion to accept or reject any return.
