The Schibeci Power Profiler 2500 is designed for precise bulk removal of concrete, ceramic tile & epoxy mortar toppings.  The rugged design and construction of the Power Profiler ensures that there will be little downtime spent on maintenance.  It is built to make the most difficult removal both easy and precise.  The Schibeci Power Profiler 2500 can remove up to 3,000 square feet PER HOUR of concrete at 1 inch thick.  It's been specifically designed for  quick bulk removal of concrete, trowel down epoxy, ceramic tile, quarry tile, terrazzo & epoxy mortar toppings, at up to 1 inch deep per pass.

 

The Schibeci Power Profiler 2500 has the capacity to remove just the tile, the tile and the thin set, or the tile, thin set and ¼ inch of concrete, depending on your specific needs.  It is precise down to 1/8 of an inch.  In addition, multiple layer ceramic tile is treated the same, as long as the total height does not exceed 1 inch.  Productions rates of 1400 to 2000 square feet per hour are common.   Faster removal rates can be achieved, depending on the thin set & job environment.

 

 The Schibeci Power Profiler 2500 has the capacity to flatten the floor as you remove the tile.  It can remove the highs and lows in the slab while you remove the tile.  This will alleviate the need for expensive and time consuming leveling compounds.
