Extreme Machine 17” Grinder
The Extreme Machine is one of the most heavy duty
grinder/buffers in the industry. Commonly used for
quick removal of thinset and grinding concrete, it also
does a great job of polishing concrete and refinishing
hardwood floors. When run with the attached vacuum
dust free operation is achieved for any application, from
grinding concrete, to polishing, to refinishing hardwood
floors. Here are the two main attachments that make the
Extreme Machine such a versatile floor preparation
tool. |

Multi-Head Attachment
The 6 orbital heads on the bottom of this heavy duty
plate allow you to run grinding diamonds, polishing
resins, and all grits of sand paper. Quickly grind down
high spots or profile a concrete floor in preparation for a
new floor/coating. It can also polish concrete up to a 400
grit finish, which is perfect for most residential garage or
basement floors. The attached vacuum easily keeps all
generated dust out of the air. |

EZ Scrape Plate
When run below the Extreme Machine, this attachment
quickly scrapes paint, mastic, thinset and other coatings
off a concrete floor without digging into the floor itself.
When the carbide blades start to dull, simply twist each
one ¼ turn clockwise and continue running. All 4 sides
are sharpened, so each set of blades effectively acts as 4
sets. When run with the attached vacuum, dustless operation is
simple and efficient. |

309 Pogo Pneumatic Spud Bar
Perfect for small areas where other equipment can’t go, the
Pogo Scraper can make many types of removal applications
easier. Blades are available for the removal of ceramic, thinset,
hardwood flooring, vinyl & carpet, glue/mastic, poured floors,
and much more. The blade beats at 2500 blows per minute to
help quickly cut through the coating. You can run the Pogo off
even the smallest air compressor since it only requires 5CFM @
90 PSI. 4 Different blades are available for this tool (one of each
are included with purchase): 4”, 6”, 10” and a 4” chisel for ceramic
tile & thinset. These blades are all re-sharpenable. |
