Bronco Maintenance
NOTE:Unlike many of the other Floor Scraper Machines on the market the Bronco Doesn't need to be shipped to the manufacturer for repairs. This can save you weeks of downtime time while you wait for your equipment to be returned from the factory. The Bronco was built to run on a Kawasaki engine so all mantenance and repairs can be made by local Kawasaki dealers.
Very little maintenance is required to keep your Bronco running well. It runs off a Kawasaki engine that can be worked on by any Authorized Kawasaki dealer. Although most Bronco’s run for many years before they need repairs, if repairs are needed the process is relatively painless. The Bronco uses standard Kawasaki parts that in most cases can be purchased from any motorcycle, lawn more, or floor buffer shop. Should you need to order replacement parts, all Bronco parts are manufactured and stocked in the USA and inexpensively available for immediate shipping in most cases. Because they are so freely available elsewhere, the cost for most of these replacement parts is extremely low.
The chart below shows the simple maintenance that is required to keep your Bronco running well. All services can be performed in-house, however we do recommended that the last 3 services on the list be performed by any Authorized Kawasaki dealer. The most important point here is that, under normal use, there should never be a need to contact the manufacturer for maintenance parts or assistance for your Bronco. It’s a simple machine that is built to be easy to use, easy to transport, and easy to maintain.
