Power Profiler 2500

Used primarily for heavy removal of coatings thicker than 1/8”, the Profiler 2500 is accurate to within 1/20^th of an inch and can cut as deep as 1.5 inches in a single pass.  It was built to cut concrete floors flat quickly, and will also cut through epoxy coatings (like trowel down), ceramic & quarry tile, and reinforced concrete up to 20,000 psi.  When cutting an inch deep, average production rates of 2,000 to 3,000 square feet per hour should be expected. 

This unit is perfect for the take-up of ceramic tile, terrazzo & quarry tile because it can be set to remove 98 percent of the thinset in the first pass WITH the tile.  Requires any high flow skid steer with a minimum hydraulic pressure of 34 gpm.  Leaves a mild profile on the floor between 1/8 and 1/16^th of an inch high.  Dust free operation is built in and easy to use, when run with the Pulse-Vac HD.
